Union County Emergency Operations Center
The Union County Emergency Operations Center consisted of a new 3,477 SF facility which houses the dispatch department of the Union County Sheriff’s department. The facility includes a space for dispatch operations, an emergency operations room, offices, emergency overnight sleep rooms, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications rooms, and a full kitchen.
The building construction consisted of a single story comprised of CMU exterior walls supported by CIP concrete footings. The exterior finishes of the building are stucco with brick veneer accents and a metal roof. Site construction was limited to concrete pads at the building entrances, a small swale to the north of the building, and four parking spots to the south of the building.
