This is a Design Build Project which included the construction of the new Capital Circle Tallahassee State Bank Branch, associated site utilities, the construction of a new turn lane off of Capital Circle and associated site work immediately adjacent to the building. The branch bank includes a small lobby with a teller counter, safe, and drive-thru lanes for drive-up banking.
