This project will be a new service center to meet the county’s growing needs as the Villages continue to expand. The Service Center will include a central fire training facility, fire station, and a fire tower.
This project is a two phase renovation of an existing Medical Office Building (MOB) in Miami, Florida for Syneos Health totaling approximately 9,300 SF. This renovation occurring on the 4th floor, where half the floor is fully occupied, includes creation.
Built in 1953, the original Okaloosa County Courthouse was no longer able to keep up with the growth and demands of the community. Ajax led the Design-Build team to replace the original courthouse with a new 68,000 SF facility.
49th Street Bus Compound The 49th Street Compound is a 10.81 Acre Site that has a new 25,000 square foot service building built to replace the existing service building on site.

This project included the conversion of the existing Oceanway Elementary School site into a new Middle School with a student capacity of 1,200. The existing gym and music suite buildings were incorporated into the design of the new campus.
This project consisted of the construction of a new 7,900 SF Central Energy Plant and associated site improvements. Ajax constructed this plant for Tampa Bay Trane, who is in turn providing this infrastructure to Pinellas County Government.
