The Union County Emergency Operations Center consisted of a new 3,477 SF facility which houses the dispatch department of the Union County Sheriff’s department. The facility includes a space for dispatch operations, an emergency operations room, offices, emergency overnight sleep.
The existing Jail facility in Lancaster County was constructed in 1978. The constant overcrowding of the current facility led the unsafe environment of both inmates and correctional officers.
This project consists of a new 3-bay Fire Station with underground utilities, underground prep for a future fuel station, landscape and irrigation. Interior finishes including painting, concrete polishing, concrete sealing, carpet and tile flooring, and kitchen equipment.
The project consists of a new 2-story terminal building totaling 8,570 square feet. This structural will include Waiting Area, Community Rooms, Flight Lounge, Restrooms and Office Spaces for Airport Staff and Guests.

The new Tallahassee Police Department Headquarters will replace the existing facility, which has been occupied since 1972 and steadily outgrown, on a 12 acre city owned site site located at 1940 N. Monroe Street (previously Northwood Centre Mall).
This brand new city hall project will be a 3 story 41,679 SF administrative facility along Myrtle Avenue, directly south of the Municipal Services Building in downtown. The site is a vacant, city-owned lot at the southwest corner of Myrtle.

This project, with HOK and also CRA Architects, consists of a brand new 250,000 SF office facility for the Florida Department of Agriculture located on their current Conner Complex campus in Tallahassee, Florida. The new energy efficient facility will support.
This project will be a new service center to meet the county’s growing needs as the Villages continue to expand. The Service Center will include a central fire training facility, fire station, and a fire tower.
This planned 23,056 square foot facility shall be designed to encompass the Bunnell Branch Library and Administrative Offices, Health and Human Services, and a Conference Center/Community Room. There will be a multi use room in the interior with a kitchen.
Fire station #20 is a new 18,847 SF fire station. This station will have 5 fire truck pass-through bays, a public meeting room, and all the facilities for the fire fighters.
