Putnam County Crescent City PK-6 Elementary
This project consists of a new 155,448 SF Pre-K through 6th grade school to be constructed at the intersection of Union Avenue and Huntington Road in Crescent City, Florida for the Putnam County School District.
There will be three main single-story buildings (connected) as well as a new separate indoor gymnasium, outdoor play covered area and outdoor courts. The facility will include administrative wing, media center, and cafeteria as well as classrooms for 1,166 student stations.
The structure will be primarily CMU Masonry and the roofs will be rigid insulation and standing seam roofing over steel joists and metal deck. Retention ponds will be provided for storm-water management and site improvements include parent and faculty parking lots and a bus loop as well as landscaping.
