Georgia Institute of Technology Undergraduate Living Renovations
The contract is for $2,900,000 to be spent during the summer of 2013, 2014 & 2015 at Georgia Institute of Technology to renovate four different sections of campus housing. Phase 1 was the remainder of the ULC West Building. Phase 2 was the 6th Street Apartments and Phase 3 will be the Maulding Hall Apartments. The work included complete replacement of cabinets, appliances, sinks, vanities, and flooring. The work also included modifications to the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems to accommodate the new construction.
