Bay County Schools Additions & Renovations
Bay County Schools consisted of $7 million worth of improvements to St. Andrew School, Oakland Terrace Elementary School, and Waller Elementary School. All three of the schools remained fully operational during the complex construction process. Ajax coordinated the Construction Phasing with the School Administration on a daily basis to keep each school safe as well as functional for the students, staff and faculty.
St. Andrew School
St. Andrew is an Exceptional Student Education School in Panama City, FL that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The St. Andrew School project consisted of additions and renovations to the existing cafeteria and media center building, renovations to the existing classroom building.
Oakland Terrace Elementary School
The Oakland Terrace Elementary School project included the addition of two classroom buildings totaling 18,500 square feet and selective renovations to the existing school.
Waller Elementary School
The Waller Elementary School project consisted of a new 13,300 square foot ESE Classroom Building, renovations to the Kindergarten Building, additions and renovations to the Administration, Media and Classroom Buildings.
