Ajax Building Corp. of Tallahassee has completed the construction of Northwest Florida State College’s $25.5 million Student Services Center, a facility designed to be a hub for the Niceville campus and a centerpiece for community activities.
Ajax said the three-story building designed by Sam Marshall Architects of Pensacola totals 75,000 square feet. It has an insulated, impact-resistant glass-wall facade to allow for an abundance of natural light while controlling energy use.
